The Company


Our client is a market leader in Automotive Repair Services who has experienced significant growth over the past twenty years. They're proud to partner with industry leading brands and continue to lead the way in both innovation and service offering.


As a result, they're now looking to grow their commercial sales team to continue their success, securing the business of the major Insurance companies, Brokers, Claims Management, Accident Management and direct fleet operators in the UK.

The Role


This newly created role will be responsible for driving overall growth for our clients UK expansion.


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for owning client relationships, identifying, and qualifying revenue expansion opportunities and meeting activity targets.


In addition to the above, you will identify new points of contact within your prospects, build relationships with them to help raise awareness of your technology offering.


  • Set the strategic plan for your prospect base to drive sales across the UK.
  • Work in cooperation with the marketing team to promote and maximise the product offering.
  • Ensure your sales pipeline is current and you deliver the highest level of service to your prospects.
  • Represent the brand at external events across the automotive industry.
  • Ensure the sales pitch and supporting tools remain competitive in an ever changing environment.
  • Contribute to the launch of new product ideas and service offerings.


What you need to bring


  • Proven track record selling to major insurance companies, brokers, claims management or accident management companies is essential.
  • 4+ years of business development experience from within the automotive vehicle repair, collision, fleet, glass or rental sector would also be beneficial.
  • Experience working with corporate fleet clients selling creative solutions.
  • Highly organised and natural new business hunter.
  • You will be a strong communicator, excellent at planning and a great negotiator
