Location: Reading HQ – but flexible for candidates outside of commuting area

The Solutions Architect will design, develop, and implement IT solutions that align with our business objectives and technological strategies.


We are seeking a number of Solution Architects to cover the following domains: Data and Integration, Billing and Assurance, Order Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of initiative and a passion and enthusiasm for overcoming challenges and achieving results.


What you will be doing:

  • Creation and definition of High-Level designs and Architectures
  • Evaluation and recommendation of technical options against business and technical criteria
  • Review of low-level designs and providing assurance
  • Contribute to roadmap and project planning
  • Provide consultative guidance to the broader organisation on:
  • Deployed capabilities
  • Impact to achieve changed business outcomes
  • Relationships between components in the IT landscape


About you:


We are seeking an articulate problem solver with experience in solution design or solution architecture role. Ideally, you will have some or all of the following skills:


  • Experience with modelling tools
  • Strong understanding of telco and order management processes
  • Knowledge of security protocols, authentication, and authorization frameworks
  • Experience in one of the following:
  • Data and Integration
  • Billing and Assurance
  • Order Management
