We're excited to be partnering with a globally renowned leader in asset management and FX trading to find a Senior/Lead Java Engineer for their core trading team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge trading solutions, influence architecture and strategy, and collaborate with some of the best engineers in the industry.

Join a firm recognized for its pioneering technology and robust infrastructure in markets and securities derivatives. You'll be instrumental in shaping an advanced FX trading platform, driving innovation, and solving complex engineering challenges in a highly collaborative and agile environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Architect & Develop: Design and implement key components of the FX trading platform and APIs.

Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a small, high-performing engineering team.

Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve live production issues to ensure smooth trading operations.

Innovation & Strategy: Influence architectural decisions and help shape the platform's future.

What We're Looking For:

7–8 years' experience as a Software Engineer, with strong expertise in Core Java.

Proven leadership experience, mentoring and guiding a small engineering team.

Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Multithreading.

Experience with modern development practices (TDD, CI/CD) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
