Job Title: Implementation Consultant (Payroll)

Salary: £50,000 neg DOE,

Location: Remote, Flexible Hours.


JGA are partnering with an exciting HR Technology start up, who provide an all in one HR and Payroll solution for recruitment and staffing agencies seeking an Implementation Consultant with payroll solution implementation experience.


The Implementation Consultant will manage end-to-end implementation projects, working closely with clients to configure payroll and HR solutions. This role demands hands-on experience with payroll software implementation, strong project management skills, and a preference for Salesforce expertise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live.
  • Configure solutions to meet payroll and HR needs.
  • Train clients and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve implementation practices.


Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in payroll software implementation, with a solid understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce-based solutions or Salesforce certifications.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes (e.g., benefits, time management).
  • Experience delivering SaaS solutions in an Agile environment.
