Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for our index solutions, aligning with market needs and company goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand trends, client needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to guide product development.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and sales, to design, develop, and launch innovative index solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and ensure our products meet their evolving needs.
  • Roadmap Management: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that deliver the most value to clients and align with our strategic objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager in financial services, particularly in index solutions, financial data, or related areas.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, indices, and the competitive landscape.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to work closely with technical teams, understanding the complexities of product development in a data-driven environment.
  • Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and translate their needs into actionable product features.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
  • Location: UK-based, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model.
