As we continue expand operations in our base Maintenance facility located in Prestwick, we are looking for Trainee Structures Workshop Mechanics to join our team.

Reports to: Workshop Supervisor

Location: Glasgow Prestwick International Airport

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Learn how to & carry out sheet metal work repairs as allocated
Assist with other zones as and when required
Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks
Complete the appropriate documentation
Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

Background in engineering/maintenance is essential
Exhibit a positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Experienced and competent using tooling and carrying out technical jobs
Excellent spoken and written English is essential
Willing to work shifts (including nights)
Flexible approach to working in a fast changing environment
All applicants must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK
