Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Intuitive User Interfaces: Craft user-friendly, visually engaging interfaces that streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and promote an intuitive learning experience.
  • Data-Driven, Customer-Centric Design: Develop clear dashboards and visualizations that present complex data in a digestible format, supporting informed decision-making and personalized feedback for users.
  • Develop Scalable UX Architecture: Build a UX architecture that supports Rekbot’s growth and adaptability, allowing for efficient design adjustments and rapid improvements as new features are introduced.
  • Create a Robust, Scalable Design System: Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability post-MVP, minimizing the need for redesign as the product evolves.
  • Enhance User Experience: Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to craft seamless user journeys, keeping UX at the forefront and aligning with business objectives.
  • Prototype & Iterate: Build interactive prototypes, collect user feedback, and continuously refine designs to optimize the learning experience and improve engagement.
  • Conduct In-Depth User Research: Lead customer development and user research to gather insights from recruiters, learners, and managers, translating these findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Lead Usability Testing and Design Validation: Conduct regular usability tests and gather feedback to validate design choices, iterating as needed to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across teams to align design with business goals, maintaining a cohesive vision and a strong collaborative approach.
  • Domain Agility and Learning: Quickly understand and adapt to the recruitment and gamified learning domain, applying curiosity and investigative skills to create solutions that meet user needs.


About you:


  • UX Expertise with a Strategic Focus

Prioritizes a user-centric design approach and can navigate complex UX challenges. Looks at broader user journeys and high-impact elements, rather than getting lost in minor details.

  • Stable Career Track

Has demonstrated commitment in at least one meaningful, longer-term position (2.5 years+), showcasing reliability and depth of experience.

  • Personality Stability and Dependability

Exhibits a grounded and dependable character, indicating resilience and adaptability to changing environments.

  • 5-7 Years of Experience

Experienced enough to bring valuable insights and skills but not overly senior, which keeps them open to collaboration and feedback.

  • Agility and Quick Thinking

Can think on their feet, quickly adapt to new challenges, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment.

  • High Motivation and Proactivity

Demonstrates a proactive, “get-things-done” attitude, is eager to contribute, and shows clear enthusiasm for hands-on work.

  • Startup Experience

Has worked in at least one startup, understanding the unique challenges and fast-paced nature of such environments, with an appreciation for the big picture.
