Role Purpose:

As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for a range of Digital/BIM Management tasks throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. Your involvement will span various phases, including:

  • Work Winning: Supporting the development of bids and proposals.
  • Design Phase: Collaborating with design teams to integrate BIM processes effectively.
  • Pre-Construction Phase: Ensuring all necessary digital information is available for smooth project execution.
  • Construction Phase: Overseeing the implementation of BIM on-site to ensure adherence to plans.
  • Handover and Soft Landings: Facilitating the transition from construction to operational use.
