Job Purpose
As an Application Support Analyst, you will:
- Support both existing and future applications.
- Analyse and configure applications to ensure they function as desired.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to understand intricate system configurations.
- Work independently and collaboratively with a team, adopting an analytical approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Support: Understand and troubleshoot system configurations, conduct system testing, and resolve issues.
- Business Analysis: Analyse business processes, identify requirements, and translate them into system specifications.
- System Implementation: Support project implementation, including planning, coordination, testing, and deployment.
