At Beaufort, we’ve been exclusively engaged by a rapidly growing SaaS business to hire an Information Security Lead to join their team.
If you’re interested in joining a high growth, venture capital backed company where you can play a vital role in establishing the information security strategy, this could be for you.
About the role
As Information Security Lead, you will:
- Own the company’s information security and compliance strategy, across security and data protection.
- Update and maintain the information security management system (ISMS) and relevant standards, procedures and guidance.
- Create and execute a strategy to obtain ISO27001 certification.
- Create risk & compliance registers, including KPI’s to review during governance meetings.
- Engage directly with clients on information security requests.
- Build a strong internal information security culture across the business, building awareness and running training sessions.
About you
As Information Security Lead, you’ll have:
- Prior experience as an Information Security Manager or Information Security Lead
- Experience creating and managing policies and standards aligned with ISO27001.
- A solid understanding of Information Security frameworks and how to apply these.
- An eagerness to work in a fast paced tech company.
Benefits
As Information Security Lead you can expect:
- £80k - £85k base salary
- Annual bonus

- Salary review every 6 months
- Hybrid - minimum 1 day per week in London office
