Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Centre of Engineering Excellence Manager to lead our efforts in continuous improvement of machine design, cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, customer value optimisation, and innovation across machine design and working procedures. This role is pivotal in driving engineering excellence and operational efficiency within our organisation.
- Machine Design Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance machine performance, reliability, and safety, while integrating new technologies and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Cost Reduction: Develop strategies to reduce production costs, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to optimise material usage and minimise expenses.
- Efficiency Optimisation: Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to streamline processes and boost productivity.
