Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

  • Candidates will dive deep into market research to uncover opportunities and monitor competitors.
  • They will analyze trends and customer needs to craft a winning product strategy.


Product Introduction:

  • They will lead the charge in bringing the leading equipment to the UK market.
  • Collaborating with the key manufacturing team, candidates will master the product’s features and benefits.
  • Developing a comprehensive market entry strategy covering pricing, positioning, and distribution will be essential.


Product Positioning and Marketing:

  • Candidates will contribute to a compelling value proposition that resonates with the audience.
  • They will partner with the marketing team to develop engaging materials—brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Planning and executing dynamic product launch campaigns will be part of their role


Sales Team Support:

  • Candidates will empower the UK sales team with product training and support, ensuring they are fully equipped to shine.
  • They will work closely with sales representatives to identify customer needs and tailor solutions.
  • Helping to create impactful sales collateral and presentations will also be part of their responsibilities.


Customer Engagement:

  • Candidates will build and nurture relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
  • They will gather valuable feedback to enhance and refine products.
  • Conducting engaging customer presentations and demonstrations will be necessary.


Performance Monitoring:

  • Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success will be expected.
  • Providing regular updates to the management team on product performance will be a key responsibility.


What They’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally within the packaging, manufacturing or high value engineering sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for market research.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills that inspire others.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience launching new products and taking them to market is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the food packaging industry is beneficial.
