Your new role

You will form a key part of the property department, working as a Disrepair Surveyor, delivering a critical service. You will be surveying and dealing with all different aspects of Disrepair including the surveying and report writing process.



What you'll need to succeed

You will need a background in disrepair surveying with a solid understanding of Building Pathology, with excellent report writing skills and the ability to manage your own workload.



What you'll get in return

£30 per hour, long-term temporary opportunity
