Project Director

Salary: Up to £125k plus package

Location: London (Hybrid working)

PFI and Healthcare experience is essential


As a Healthcare Projects Director, you will be instrumental in leading project delivery across our clients healthcare accounts. Your role will encompass managing project teams and nurturing strong customer relationships. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:


Project Delivery Leadership

You will oversee project execution across healthcare accounts, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding outcomes. Your project management expertise will be crucial as you guide teams toward success


Team Management

Leading and motivating project delivery teams will be key. You will set annual targets, support career growth, and plan for succession, effectively managing both direct and matrix teams to achieve our objectives


Customer Relationship Building

Collaboration is essential. You will work closely with account leadership, NHS trusts, and project coordinators to foster exemplary relationships that drive success


Process Implementation

Establishing efficient project delivery processes across accounts will be part of your role. Your attention to detail will help maintain high standards and ensure consistency


Pipeline Management

You will utilize existing pipeline trackers to identify growth opportunities within healthcare accounts. Your ability to multitask will be vital in meeting delivery targets and overcoming obstacles


Financial Oversight

You will manage a shadow P&L for projects, focusing on growth through excellent service delivery. Your strategic mindset will help identify cross-selling opportunities


Contract Commercial Expertise

You will manage account-level risk registers and champion the use of internal delivery partners. Your contributions will enhance our commercial success through effective trading agreements
