£ 290 - 420 a day inside IR35


Guidant Global is looking for an experienced Event expert to design, plan and deliver the next iteration of the business area Outreach & Engagement Campaign. The campaign will improve the business area’s ability to recruit a wide range of personnel from all parts of the community, genders, ethic groups and religions to aid the development of both a medium and long-term pool of talent.


Minimum of SC clearance required.


Responsibilities include:

• Event Coordination including liaison with supplier, close engagement with key stakeholders inside and outside of the business.

• Managing schedule of events to ensure smooth execution of events with debrief reports after

• Day to day management of event admin and ad-hoc tasks

• Broad range of internal and external outreach initiatives. Such activity will include the commissioning of creative companies to produce materials, working in close cooperation with the other parts of the business area.

• Has experience of running campaigns of outreach and engagement on raising awareness of the business area’s opportunities in hard-to-reach parts of our community such as ethnic minorities and under-represented groups.

The outcome will include development of a “Inclusion Metrics” that demonstrates the business area is meeting its objectives.

The campaign must demonstrate the use of relevant market research and previous dialogue with partners and commercial organisations to identify further incentives.

The Event Consultant is required to demonstrate a full and detailed understanding of the business area’s social values and policy in the delivery of this outcome.

This role is on-site / hybrid in Gloucestershire and will require the successful candidate to hold SC clearance and go through DV clearance.
