Marketing Executive

About the role
We are seeking a hands-on, proactive marketing executive to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving our marketing initiatives, with a focus on email and content marketing. You’ll report to and work closely with the head of marketing and operations, as well as a senior freelance marketer, in a small team that values creativity, adaptability, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and optimisation of a range of membership marketing initiatives tailored to different geographies, sectors, buying roles and lifecycle stages
- Execute and maintain email marketing campaigns in Hubspot, including audience targeting, template design, setup, automation and reporting
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows to streamline marketing processes and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales enablement materials, such as case studies, bespoke proposals and business case decks that support the sales process
- Support account-based marketing strategies by creating highly targeted marketing campaigns aimed at specific target accounts
- Create, maintain and optimise content for various platforms, including email, social media, and the company website/blog
- Work on targeted paid LinkedIn campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
- Extract actionable insights from reporting to drive optimisation and improvements
Requirements
- 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and content creation
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing software, and marketing automation tools (Hubspot a plus)
- Adaptability and creativity, with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
- Strong written communication skills, with experience of copywriting
- A good eye for design, comfortable with design tools such as Canva and InDesign
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and independently as required
- A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
Additional information
This position allows for hybrid working with at least two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) based in our central London office. The successful candidate must be permitted to work in the UK.
