Pointspay is the inventor of MarPay™. We bring a unique combination of growth marketing (affiliate) and payment to the e-commerce industry by connecting online shops with millions of affluent members from global leading travel and banking loyalty programs.


As Brand Partnerships Manager you will play a crucial role in building and strengthening relationships with our merchant partners, responsible for their engagement and commercial success through our loyalty program partnerships.


This role is remote and we are looking for candidates speaking French from the start. You will be given great responsibility and trust in the position of our new Brand Partnerships Manager, role where you will ensure the growth across our merchant base.


YOUR KEY TASKS

  • Build and manage relationships with Pointspay merchants, driving growth by engaging them with Pointspay loyalty programs
  • Function proactively and as first point of contact with merchants, ensuring that our they receive the highest level of commercial & operational customer service
  • Analyze and deliver merchant partnership performance metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization
  • Proactively identify, prioritize, and upsell partnership opportunities, using a consultative approach to offer strategic media solutions with merchants
  • Create compelling benchmark analyses and case studies utilizing relevant internal and external data
  • Develop a strong understanding of issues and trends around payments, marketing & loyalty strategies. Bring industry insights to merchants while continuously demonstrating Pointspay industry thought-leadership and value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholder and teams, including marketing, sales and product, to execute and improve our customer-facing operations


YOUR CORE SKILLS

Successful team members in similar roles are high potential early career individuals with a strong results-oriented, “can do”-attitude, comfortable with developing accounts of various sizes or regions and enjoy working in fast-paced environment.


In addition, important skills include:

  • +3 years experience in an account management or customer success role within the digital marketing or payments industry
  • Proven experience and ability to create long-term business relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Additional Dutch language skills has a strong preference
  • Skills to identify merchant objectives and articulate value propositions. Ability to develop, coordinate and execute commercial & marketing plans
  • Excellence in execution. Ability to prioritise projects with a key focus on merchant needs
  • Commercial and communicative mindset and a positive, highly collaborative approach towards the team and internal stakeholders
  • Curious, proactive, and striving for growth
