Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the finance transformation project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and operations teams, to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
  • Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for the finance transformation initiative.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of new financial technologies and systems, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance, using KPIs and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on finance transformation or similar projects.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and technology solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
