Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for Catalysts & Fine Chemicals at EnabledFuture's location in Knowle, Solihull, UK offering flexibility for remote work and office-based activities. The intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as information research, organising structured and unstructured data, patent analysis, presentation writing, and assisting with EnabledFuture's flagship Technologies and Markets for PGM Catalysts in Fine Chemicals subscription product. In addition, the intern will be provided opportunities to attend relevant industry conferences and events in the UK. Mentoring and skill development will be provided as part of the internship.


Education Level

  • Chemistry Background - BSC in Chemistry (Essential)


Skill Requirements (support will be provided to develop these further)

  • Fluent English Speaker
  • Information Research - literature, commercial news, company profiles, and patents
  • Microsoft Office - MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Use of Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices
