I am working with a leading insurance business as they undergo a group wide digital and data transformation programme. The business has been a leader in their space for several years and are now looking to evolve their data landscape to drive advanced analytics and decision making for the future.


This is a Head of Data Platform/ Data Architect role, so we are looking for someone that knows the ins and outs of: Data Platforms, Event Hubs but is also comfortable communicating at a C level with different stakeholders across the business and enacting change.


This would suit a contractor that has come from a Data or Software Engineering background and now has experience in:


Snowflake Data Platform

Event Driven Architectures

Working with C level to impact change

Building simple solutions

Managing strategic partners to deliver

Financial services background


Please note an Insurance background is desirable but not essential. This project is long term, 6 months initially with the view to extend and can pay a rate of up to £900 per day (Outside IR35) with 2 days per week required on site in London.
