Administration Manager (Maternity Cover)


JRM Products Ltd are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join the team and take the lead responsibility for the management of the administration function of the business and cover for a maternity leave until October 2025. The business produces and exports hop related products to the brewing industry globally and the supporting administration requires a thorough, accurate and detailed approach; working with suppliers and other service providers such as haulage providers; and hands on problem solving and working to timelines and deadlines.

You will be able to demonstrate:


  • Supervisory or management experience of an administration function
  • Working in a quality assured and certificated environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated
  • Sound customer and supplier relationships.
  • Experience of Sage 50 or equivalent


This role is 4 days per week based in the production unit at JRM Products Limited at Letham Mains, Haddington, hours of work around 8 am to 5 pm (with some agreed flexibility). The expected salary is FTE £37,724 per annum, which is £30,179 per annum for 4 days a week. There would be a full hand over and training with the current post holder and therefore plenty opportunity to transfer your existing skills into this role.
