Role:

As a Mid-Level Java Developer in a front-office team, you will:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications supporting FX and equity trading.
  • Work closely with traders, quants, and other stakeholders to design and implement new features and trading strategies.
  • Optimize and refactor existing code to improve efficiency and performance in a low-latency trading environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of their development processes and tools.
  • Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional Java development experience, preferably in a front-office trading environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies. Experience with multi-threading, low-latency systems, and real-time data processing is highly desirable.
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of FX, equities, or other trading products is a significant plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
