The role

My client is a seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join their team in London. The ideal candidate would be someone with hands on experience supporting trading systems, has a keen interest the digital asset industry and wants to grow within a company.


Skill & Experience

  • 1-2 Years experience supporting financial trading systems and/or software
  • Knowledge of the full front-to-back trade processing cycle, including pre and post trade
  • Interest in Product and Engineering
  • Keen interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • A strong team player with the capacity to function effectively under pressure
  • Previous internships or practical experience in a similar position would be highly desirable
  • Experience working on weekend support advantageous
  • Experience with other asset classes advantageous
  • SQL (Desirable)


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving their issues through live chat and email support.
  • Support clients with P&L, Trades, Positions and Risk reconciliation
  • Involvement in coordinating and implementing the OMS/EMS Platforms
  • Interact with clients and work together with third parties and partners as needed to provide feedback on their products and services.
  • Provide input to product and engineering teams regarding technical issues.
  • Collect customer needs and communicate suitable technical and non-technical remedies.
  • Help with customer onboarding and foster customer relationships
