Your Role:

As the Chief Technology Officer, you’ll:

  • Define and execute the organization’s technical strategy and long-term vision.
  • Serve as the Engineering Authority, ensuring technical precision, quality, and compliance.
  • Oversee product development, manufacturing advancements, and engineering team performance.
  • Drive innovation by optimizing processes and anticipating future challenges.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technical excellence with strategic goals.


What You Bring

  • Proven leadership in engineering within UAV/ Drone / eVTOL - Essential
  • Experience leading a Small/ Mid Sized business - (experience from Start up - Scale Up ideal)
  • Expertise in advanced manufacturing & engineering processes
  • Strong skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Degree in engineering (Chartered Engineer status preferred).
