Planning Manager

We have a current opportunity for a Planning Manager on a contract basis. The successful candidate could be a Principle Planner level, or Planning Manager.
So, we are looking for Principle Planner/Planning Manager type person, for a long term Rail Project in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, for a huge Tier 1 Rail client.
This position would suit either an existing Planning Manager or Principle Planner or a an experienced Senior Planner who is looking to step up.
Rail/Civils background is essential, but other work/projects/sectors on a multidisciplinary basis is also fine, as long as worked on and had a decent amount of exposure to Rail Projects and Planning.
Role Expectations -
The expectation is that once they have Huddersfield area under control they will become the Planning Manager for W34a, Huddersfield to Bradley or Areas 1,2&3 or EIS G, H, J & K. Rail experience is a requirement for the role.
This position is required to be 4 days a week on site at Huddersfield HD1 site offices. To be discussed and negotiated once the candidate is fully fledged into the team and project.
Start date is ASAP - with notices taken into consideration,
Rate - Circa £500 - £550+ Inside IR35 - Negotiable
Plus £50 per day = £250 a week lodging allowance tax free if you do not live local
This is minimum 12/24 month contract, with up to 5 years worth of work.
