The Role of Marketing Manager: This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to move up the career ladder, develop their skills through innovative internal and external training, and join this leading business. This role will report directly to the Division Head of Marketing, working in an immediate team of 3. The role will be responsible for managing, developing, and executing a full marketing strategy to drive highly qualified leads for a brand-new subscription product.
The main objective of this role is to ensure that several highly qualified leads are being generated on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure that this new division hits their ambitious targets. To help the marketing team achieve their goals the company have invested in the latest CRM and automation platforms. This is an all-encompassing role, and the successful candidate will be expected to utilise email, social media, SEO, PPC, advertising and PR where necessary. More than anything they are looking for driven, passionate, and hard-working individuals.
Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager role include:
- Deliver multi-channel lead generation marketing campaigns.
- Utilising email marketing, social media, PR, SEO, PPC and advertising to achieve goals.
- Ensure that prospects are nurtured throughout their journey.
- Utilise Data to make informed decisions on what campaigns should be run.
- Creating sales collateral when necessary.
- Using the latest marketing technology.
To be considered for the role of Marketing Manager you must have the following:
- Worked as a Senior Marketing Executive/ Marketing Manager in a B2B organisation.
- Marketed a B2B product that is sold via a subscription.
- Experience in running multi-channel campaigns to drive leads.
- Managed multiple projects and worked in a fast-paced, deadline-driven role.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and lead scoring.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

The package for the role of Marketing Manager includes:
- Salary - £35-42k
- 3-4k bonus
