Role Overview:

We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong technical expertise and collaborative skills to support client-approved projects by streamlining development processes and overcoming capacity challenges. This role focuses on delivering innovative solutions using Hybris, MACH principles, and addressing legacy system issues within a multi-channel retail environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable digital solutions using Hybris and MACH technologies (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless).
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and Enterprise/Domain Architects to develop and communicate the system architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Resolve bottlenecks and propose solutions for legacy system challenges to ensure efficient development processes.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural governance and technical standards, contributing to Solution Architecture best practices.
  • Create and maintain architecture documentation, principles, and artefacts to streamline design processes.
  • Evaluate architectural decisions for alignment with business strategies and architectural principles.


Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with hands-on knowledge of Hybris.
  • Expertise in MACH technologies (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).
  • Experience in multi-channel retail environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do approach.
