Are you a technically minded Group Accountant looking for a flexible part-time role in a dynamic and creative environment? Sheridan Maine is partnering with a global business to find an experienced Group Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to join a vibrant team and contribute to the financial success of the organisation.
Responsibilities of the Group Management Accountant include:
- Group consolidation: Consolidate monthly financials from 4 UK entities and 1 US entity.
- Analyse Actuals vs Budget/Forecast with insightful commentary.
- Business partnering: Collaborate with department heads on budget management.
- Manage daily cash balances and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Produce detailed management accounts and conduct balance sheet reviews.
- Analyse revenue and trends from the Top 10 clients to provide strategic insights.
- Oversee intercompany reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide support to local Financial Controllers/Directors at subsidiaries.
- Assist with monthly reporting and the preparation of annual statutory accounts.
The successful Group Management Accountant will require:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Working Arrangement:
- 4-day work week.
- 1 day in the office (Soho, Central London).
- 3 days working from home (WFH).
- Prorated to £52k
