They are committed to delivering cutting-edge financial technology solutions that empower individuals and businesses to achieve their financial goals. As they continue to grow rapidly, they are seeking a Credit Monitoring Analyst to join their expanding Risk, Compliance & AML team.


Position Overview


The successful candidate will support the Credit team in managing the credit performance of the customer portfolio. This will include performing on going credit monitoring of the portfolio, escalating any issues to the Credit manager, recommending and implementing areas of improvement to the credit monitoring process and assisting with workout solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Carry out monthly credit monitoring on the customer portfolio through analysis of Open banking, credit alerts, and other general financial analysis
  • Escalate issues to the Credit Manager, outlining reasons for concerns.
  • Manage and report on overdue accounts, managing first line of communication with customers
  • Develop and improve current analytical tools for assessment and monitoring
  • Assist with drafting policies and SOP documents for the Credit Monitoring function.
  • Investigate and resolve Credit Monitoring related issues, including conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Credit analyst or similar financial analytical role
