About Us:
This organisation is a leading provider of complex care homes, dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
This particular home is approximately a 30 Bed Service, focusing on supporting individuals with: Mental Health Challenges, Acquired Brain Injuries, Dementia and other needs.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated care professionals
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our complex care home
- Ensure the delivery of person-centred care plans
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the healthcare industry
- Registered Nurse Qualification
- Strong knowledge of complex care needs and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
