An AI start-up based in the UK is looking to bring on an LLM Engineer.


The company has raised over 3 million in the past year and is about to take a big leap (currently 12 employees with plans to hire 5 additional). They need a strong LLM Engineer working with Open Source LLMs, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.


Proficient in SFT, LORA/qLORA, and ideally Axolotl LLM training framework. Experience with

DPO/ORPO/RLHF is a plus.


They are HQ in the UK but this is 100% remote full-time and offers great compensation, equity, and bonus.


• Open Source LLMs: Llama 3, Mistral, and others

• Code: Python 3.10+, with typing; HF Transformers, HF Datasets, Pydantic, PyTorch, NumPy

• Infrastructure: Linux, Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, general cloud GPU providers

• LLM Training: Axolotl

• LLM Inference: Hugging Face Text Generation Inference (TGI)
