Our client, a leading European private equity firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Legal Assistant to join their London-based Finance & Administration (F&A) team. This office-based role offers exposure to senior management and covers corporate governance, compliance, and document management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the signing of key documents, including board resolutions and fund agreements.
- Assist in preparing corporate and legal documentation.
- Organise board materials and maintain meeting minutes.
- Manage statutory filings, including Companies House submissions.
- Maintain statutory registers across European jurisdictions.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Support AML/KYC processes with compliance and tax teams.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
