In a nutshell, we help our clients source the best people to work in their organisations, but how we do that will vary from client to client - that's where we get creative. We consult with our clients, identify exactly how we can best support them, then will tailor our range of services to deliver more than they would expect.

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide full administrative support to a team of busy recruiters.

What you will be doing

  • Booking in candidates for internal interviews and emailing confirmations. Booking into Bullhorn and reception diary. Reconfirming registration appointments 24 hours in advance of the meeting
  • Ensuring CVs and CV updates are uploaded onto Bullhorn accurately and that candidate details are updated where relevant
  • Maintaining full compliance - applying for references, checking visas/ relevant certificates and documentation and scanning & uploading onto Bullhorn
  • Carrying out weekly audit check on Candidate notes / photos, audit on interviews / CVs sent/ and identifying workers coming to end of assignments.



The experience you're likely to need

  • An assertive administrator.
  • Experience of data-entry.
  • Excellent telephone and email communication.
  • You should have worked in a process driven environment and have the ability to absorb information and follow process.
  • This can be a busy environment so we expect you to be able to work at pace.
  • An understanding of the creative industries.


The technical must-have skills

  • Exceptional admin skills
  • A-class time management
  • Experience on CMS platforms or ATS (desired)
