Permanent, £30-£34K plus excellent benefits,

Our client, a membership organisation in the financial services industry, is seeking a Permanent CRM & Member Events Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing data in the CRM platform, supporting member engagement activities, and coordinating logistical planning of member meetings and events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update records in Dynamics 365
  • Provide support on the onboarding/off-boarding process
  • Generate high-quality CRM reports and dashboards
  • Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) engagement activity
  • Deliver end-to-end administration process for large member meetings and events
  • Collate content for Newsletters and update content on the website
  • Support subscription services administration


Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required

Essential:

  • Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms
  • CRM superuser
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and self-management skills


Desirable:

  • Good working knowledge of Sharepoint
  • Understanding of the role and remit of membership organisations
