Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Lead to oversee the development and support of IT and digital solutions. The role involves leading technical projects, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You’ll collaborate with engineering, IT teams, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions using the Microsoft technology stack and other associated technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and deployment of technical solutions using Microsoft Azure technology stack
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies like IoT, automation, and AI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and support teams for system maintenance.
  • Supporting our Engineering delivery teams in the use of operational and engineering technology
  • Work in partnership with our Group ICT teams in delivery to the UK and Nordics business group.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects



Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a technical role within oil and gas or construction, with at least 2 years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of industry software, digital technologies, and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of safety standards.
  • Experience working in a System Administration role / Azure qualifications
  • Strong technical acumen
