As we continue to expand our presence in London, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a mixed use project in London. You will manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, have a deep understanding of the construction process, and be able to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring all key milestones are met.
  • Oversee project resources, including managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project requirements are fully understood and executed.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, taking appropriate actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the construction industry, preferably with a Tier 1 main contractor.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and project delivery.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale projects, with a focus on commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)..
