The Brand: SRVC


Founded in the Spring of 2021, London based brand SRVC (Service) offers a distinctive take on women’s design. Often incorporating an opportunity to ‘self-style’, our pieces construct and deconst to create different silhouettes and looks, allowing room for expansion on how our garments can sustain within an existing wardrobe as well as the multi faceted SRVC universe. 

Creatively led by Ricky Wesley Harriott, SRVC empowers with sleek and dynamic silhouettes exploring futurist proposals of traditional (service) garment archetypes. With focus on the relationship between garment and body, we re-imagine wardrobe codes that lead with inclusivity, empowerment and quality.


The Role: Pattern Cutter 


SRVC studio is recruiting for an experienced Pattern Cutter to join a fast growing team. Handling patterns across the whole womenswear collection including knit and woven styles, the role will be sampling focussed, manual pattern cutting   


The Role  

  • Creating patterns manually from sketch and reference, with the opportunity to also work on Gerber
  • Organising and attending fit sessions
  • Manage the in-house toiling, ensuring toiles are delivered to correct finish, on time
  • Sealing patterns to be sent for factory sampling
  • Manage the schedule alongside development team
  • Advising correct finishes for sampling and production, overseeing necessary testing
  • Organising and updating archive of all patterns 
  • Checking and amending detailed pattern spec sheets
  • Closely following the critical paths to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain consistency of sizing and fit
  • Occasional factory visits to discuss styles


The Ideal candidate

  • 5+ Years pattern cutting experience, Gerber optional
  • High level of organisation and accuracy
  • Accustomed to working to tight deadlines and being able to multitask across changing priorities
  • Flexibility required at peak times to manage workload
  • Excellent understanding of detail, shape and proportion
  • Clear and efficient communicator
  • Excellent understanding of fit and garment construction


Location - Soho, Central London 5 days a week

Salary - DOE + Benefits

Start date - ASAP
