Principal Recruitment Consultant – Leeds

We're looking to grow our Water & CleanTech US team based in leeds.

Location: Leeds – Hybrid Working

Salary: Competitive base + excellent commission structure + benefits

Following the incredible success of our North East business, we're building a high-performing team in Leeds to mirror our market-leading presence across Yorkshire. We're looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of one (or more) of our key disciplines – in the Water & CleanTech markets – and shape the future of international recruitment across the US.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and grow a specialist desk within your chosen vertical – Water & CleanTech
  • Develop strong client relationships across US, offering a consultative, partnership-led approach.
  • Partner with a highly collaborative team, sharing leads, insights and supporting each other's success.
  • Use our advanced CRM (Bullhorn), data tools and support infrastructure to maximise your impact.
  • Help shape the Leeds office culture and growth, alongside a team with big ambitions.

  • Proven experience in recruitment – ideally in a professional or technical market.
  • A consultative, relationship-driven approach.
  • A self-starter with the desire to grow something long-term.
