Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, including policies, procedures, and reporting tools.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring effective management.
  • Integrate risk management into business processes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Support risk assessments, provide mitigation guidance, and recommend internal control improvements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and third parties on ERM-related matters.
  • Foster a risk-aware culture and regularly audit the ERM Framework to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Report on business risks and their management to leadership.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, risk, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of enterprise risk management experience in professional services or corporate settings.
  • Knowledge of ERM frameworks, risk assessment tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with risk management software is a plus.
  • Ability to lead change, manage complex projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
