Venn Group are working with a prestigious Central London Hospital on an Arabic speaking International Patient Coordinator role to support in their International office.
The client is looking for an administrator with a passion for patient care to support patients through their journey at the hospital.
The role will run initially for 3 - 6 months within a team of 4. Main duties of the role will be as follows.
- Guiding patients through their treatment
- Acting as an interpreter for the duration of the patients visit
- Liaising with consultants and their secretaries
- Liaising with the Finance team
- Working closely with other administrators in the organisation
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support (i.e answering phones and monitoring emails)
