Senior Multimedia Designer


Whitewall brings agency to its clients by making every moment count. We are a growing international agency seeking an experienced Senior Multimedia Designer to join our team. As the Senior Multimedia Designer, you will play a crucial role in aligning creative and project management priorities, ensuring attention to detail while keeping deliverables on track. We are looking for someone who understands the commercial imperative and can consistently produce world-class work. You will support our VP Creative & Design and VP Experience & Digital, managing clients, creative and design content, brand assets, live and digital experiences, motion and graphic design, marketing materials, and various ad hoc projects, utilising your unique talents.


The role:

As a Senior Multimedia Designer, Film Editor, Graphic Designer, PowerPoint Expert, and Web beginner, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and highly functional digital experiences across various multimedia platforms and web environments. Your role will encompass web design and development, film editing, graphic design, PowerPoint expertise, and basic web skills. This position requires a high level of creativity, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills. You will play a key role in large-scale development projects, crafting engaging, user-friendly, and state-of-the-art digital experiences that align with clients' business objectives across various industries. For the right candidate this role can develop into a senior leadership position within the company.


Responsibilities:


Multimedia Design

  • Graphic design and branding
  • Video editing
  • Animation
  • PowerPoint design and animation
  • Create responsive website layouts and custom designs.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite
  • Stay updated with industry standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization.


Project Management

  • Report technical hurdles and manage resources.
  • Oversee large-scale projects from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Establish timelines, milestones, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Meet deadlines and follow senior management direction.


Content Management

  • Oversee creation and organization of multimedia content.
  • Implement content updates and changes per client requirements.


Client Interaction

  • Communicate with clients to understand goals and feedback.
  • Present design concepts and project updates, addressing concerns.


Wider Creative Expertise

  • Utilize downtime for creative work like graphic design and film editing.
  • Proficiency in After Effects.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
  • Experience in film editing, graphic design, and mobile optimization.
  • Proven project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong creative and design sensibilities.
  • Analytical mindset for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and evolving project requirements.
