Role: Industrial Account Manager

Location: Home-based (UK-wide travel – 80%)

What You'll Be Doing:

Driving sales and maintaining long-term customer partnerships.

Providing technical insights and product-driven solutions to meet client needs.

Supporting business strategy by identifying trends and leveraging market opportunities.

Managing customer relationships across the supply chain – NPD, purchasing, production...

Engaging with internal teams to enhance service, forecasting, and product development.

What You'll Bring:

Proven B2B account management experience – ideally within industrial baking or food ingredients.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex markets.

A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.

Technical knowledge of plant bread bakeries (pizza, flatbreads, tortillas, rolls, enriched doughs – a plus).

Ability to work independently, manage projects, and multitask effectively.
