Are you a seasoned Workday Payroll Lead looking for a dynamic new challenge?

Position: Workday Payroll Lead

Location: Remote (with occasional client site visits as projects require)

Location Preference: United Kingdom

Requirements:

  • Workday Payroll Certification (additional certifications in relevant Workday modules are advantageous).
  • At least 4 years of experience in Workday Payroll implementations and configurations.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and global payroll nuances.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proven experience leading project teams and delivering successful payroll implementations.
  • Ability to translate client payroll needs into scalable solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations, configurations, and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their payroll requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to project teams.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and develop necessary documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday Payroll features and best practices.
