As a Business Improvement Lead, you will:

  • Revolutionise Processes: Conduct in-depth assessments to identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions.
  • Lead with Data: Utilise data analytics to make informed decisions and measure the success of your initiatives.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with teams across the organisation to gain support and drive change.
  • Foster a Culture of Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to empower teams and promote continuous learning.
  • Integrate Best Practices: Research and implement industry-leading practices to enhance our operations.
  • Strategically Align: Ensure your initiatives align with the organisation's overall goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in process improvement and transformation within a large organisation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Improvement, or related field.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead large-scale initiatives.
  • Analytical skills to assess processes and quantify improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptability to navigate complex and changing environments.


Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as Six Sigma (Green/ Black Belt), Lean, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems and process modelling tools.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to changing conditions.
  • Experience with process mining platforms.
