About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-growing team in London. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop strong client relationships, and connect talented professionals with top-tier employers. This position offers a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, making it ideal for ambitious individuals eager to thrive in a vibrant and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Development:
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and company culture.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, including headhunting, job boards, and networking.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of quality candidates across various industries.
  • End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Market Insight:
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on hiring strategies and career development.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive overall success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ambition, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
