Key Responsibilities Include

  • Developing and delivering solutions: Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored solutions to address their customs duty challenges.
  • Managing client relationships and projects: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Mentoring and developing junior colleagues: Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Staying up to date with technical developments: Keep abreast of the latest customs duty regulations and best practices.
  • Contributing to innovation: Work with the team to develop new ideas and solutions, enhancing our customs software and consulting services.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Use advanced Excel skills to analyse data, generate reports, and deliver valuable insights to clients.
  • Simplifying complex customs concepts: Clearly explain and communicate intricate customs regulations and solutions to clients in an understandable manner.
