This market leading brand is seeking an experienced leader in Research and Development to lead the function through a significant period of change. Working closely with the executive leadership team you'll be responsible for implementing changes to the operating model including people, process and technology.


As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in appliances, electrical and electronics manufacturing or a related sector.
  • Strong people leadership skills and experience leading teams going through change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Experience working in both UK and European markets.
  • Hands on and happy to get into the detail. This role is focused on people leadership and implementing change, rather than setting a new strategy for R&D or technical product development.
