Juice Personnel Recruitment Agency is advertising on behalf of our client, who is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Shunter Driver. Our client's site is based in Castleford, with reporting and operational duties at Ardagh Glass in Barnsley. This position is a Temp to Perm opportunity.

*Position:* HGV Class 1 Shunter Driver
*Location:* Reporting to client site Castleford, operationally you will be based at Ardagh Glass, Barnsley.

*Type:* Temp to Perm
*Start Date:* Immediate

*About the Role:*
* *Shifts:* Monday to Friday, day shifts with 06:00 am start times. Potential weekend shifts available for overtime if needed.
* *Responsibilities:* Loading pallets of glass onto curtain sider vehicles throughout the day. Full training is provided.
* *Pay Rates: First 12 weeks with agency and first 3 months probation on perm contract.*
* Monday to Friday: £13.50 per hour for the first 9 hours, £15 per hour after 9 hours.
* Saturday: £17 per hour.
* Sunday: £20 per hour.

* *Permanent Contract Rates (Post 3-month probation):*
* Monday to Friday: £13.91 per hour for the first 9 hours, £15.45 per hour after 9 hours.
* Saturday: £17.51 per hour.
* Sunday: £20.60 per hour.

*Requirements:*
* Must have held an HGV Class 1 license for a minimum of 12 months.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of service.
* No more than 6 penalty points on your licence for minor offences.
* Shunting experience would be advantageous but not essential.
