The Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Financial Services team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing high-calibre candidates, and playing a key role in driving business growth.


What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Managing and developing client relationships within the Financial Services sector.

✔ Sourcing and engaging top-tier talent for mid-to-senior level roles.

✔ Providing expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates.

✔ Driving business development and identifying new opportunities.

✔ Collaborating with a high-performing team to achieve shared success.

✔ Staying up to date with industry trends, including ED&I initiatives, which are highly desirable in this role.

✔ Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Financial Services.

✔ A track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

✔ Strong business development and client management skills.
