TS Recruitment are working with a Property Services Manufacturer who are now recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the planning and management of windows and door installation projects.

  • a high performing team of Contract Managers and Supervisors
  • all Pre-Contract activities with significant influencing into tenders and capabilities
  • and managing awarded contracts including pricing, programme specification, contract T&C’s
  • control – monitor expenditure against budgets
  • all EHS requirements
  • all contracts in progress supporting the QS division in the final account process
  • consistent customer satisfaction with regular attendance at client meetings
  • technical advice when required


You will need the following experience for this role:

  • experience of contract management within a construction environment
  • delivery of managed projects in time and within budget
  • IT skills
  • of current Construction Health & Safety legislation and H&S at Work Act
  • people management and customer service skills
  • of UPVC windows and doors is desirable
